La SAMe desempe\u00f1a un papel fundamental en la creaci\u00f3n de diversas hormonas, neurotransmisores y otras mol\u00e9culas esenciales del organismo. La SAMe se ha convertido en una forma importante de suplemento diet\u00e9tico de L-metionina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La L-metionina tambi\u00e9n se convierte en otro amino\u00e1cido que contiene azufre, la\u00a0L-ciste\u00edna, que a su vez puede convertirse en\u00a0L-taurina, as\u00ed como en un componente clave del\u00a0glutati\u00f3n, que es un antioxidante celular clave y un compuesto desintoxicante<sup>.\u00a0<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>Administraci\u00f3n de suplementos de L-metionina<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n de suplementos de L-metionina es muy distinta de la administraci\u00f3n de suplementos de SAMe, que puede considerarse una forma m\u00e1s activa de L-metionina.
