Tiene importancia en el metabolismo energ\u00e9tico y es necesaria en el metabolismo de grasas, carbohidratos y prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Favorece la formaci\u00f3n de anticuerpos y gl\u00f3bulos rojos, e interviene en el mantenimiento de las mucosas y del tejido epitelial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funci\u00f3n de la Vitamina B2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Est\u00e1 implicada en las reacciones de producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda para los procesos biol\u00f3gicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es precursora de las coenzimas\u00a0FMN\u00a0y\u00a0FAD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favorece la formaci\u00f3n de anticuerpos y gl\u00f3bulos rojos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interviene en el mantenimiento de las mucosas y del tejido epitelial, en especial de la c\u00f3rnea ocular.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Se encuentra en abundacia en alimentos como leche, vegetales verdes, arroz, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grupo: Vitamina hidrosoluble<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Caracter\u00edsticas<\/strong>: se encuentra en muchos alimentos de origen animal y vegetal, tales como la leche, el h\u00edgado, el queso, los huevos, las verduras verdes, la levadura de cerveza, los granos integrales, los cereales enriquecidos y el germen de trigo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Funciones<\/strong>: participa en los procesos de respiraci\u00f3n celular, desintoxicaci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica, desarrollo del embri\u00f3n y mantenimiento de la envoltura de los nervios. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda al crecimiento y la reproducci\u00f3n, y mejora el estado de la piel, las u\u00f1as y el cabello.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trastornos<\/strong>: Su carencia se manifiesta como lesiones en la piel, las mucosas y los ojos.
